From the moment I learned that I had spent the first 3 months of my life in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit following birth, I have been striven to obtain the skillset to treat my patients with the same expertise those doctors and nurses did for me years ago.

I understand the distinct honor, privilege, and responsibility when parents ask me to care for their children everyday.
